Contact us. Simply use the contact form located on this site or email us at info@sunderdesigns.com. It would help us measure your needs if you provide the following information:

1. The site's purpose and intended audience. [entertainment, educational, brochure style]
2. The estimated number of pages you will require. [homepage + linked pages]
3. The extent of the content you will be providing and whether it is a hard copy [print] or electronic copy [Word document, PDF, text in an e-mail].
4. The expected date of completion.
5. Any sites you admire that illustrate what you are trying to achieve.

Complete the web design contract specifying the cost of the design package and the deadline dates. Make a 10% deposit of the final package price. Payment can be made online through PayPal or by certified check via mail. At this time, you may also send us anything that will help us design your site. [sketches of possible layouts, list graphics you will require, list of websites you admire to illustrate your own design needs, etc.] The more specific you are the better.

The design process begins. Based on the information you provided to us, we will create 2 static designs for your review. Once you have approved a design, you will be required to send in a 40% deposit via PayPal or certified check. We will then begin incorporating your content into the site. After content and graphics have been placed, you will be notified and may review the site. Submit your changes to us and we will incorporate them within 1-3 business days. This process will repeat until you are pleased with the site. Please note that your site will be hosted by Sunder Designs until the final review has been completed and the site is ready to be launched.

Web hosting set up and domain name registration.

Final review and launch. Once you have given your final approval of the site and feel ready to launch, please send in the remainder of the contracted price. We will then move the site from Sunder Designs to your hosting provider under your domain name. We will test your site's functionality in Microsoft IE 5.5 or higher and Netscape 7.0 or higher. We realize your site launch is a critical time, and requests for minimal changes [ex. typo, missing info, cross browser problems] will be handled within 24 hours.
